1. Pieology is a brand of baked goods sold by the same company that makes Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The name comes from the fact that they are made with "pies" instead of just regular flour.
2. It's not actually true that cauliflower has no calories at all! In fact, it contains a lot of them. A cup of raw cauliflower has around 160 calories and 15 grams of fat. That's almost twice as much fat as chicken or fish!
3. While eating a slice of pie from Pieology is considered to be cheating, many pies contain less than 10 grams of carbohydrate. The only real "carbohydrate" in most of their pies is the main ingredient, and even that is only 2 grams per slice.
4. The crust of a pie from Pieology has around 2 grams of carbohydrates. If you were to add the total carbohydrates of all the other toppings you would get a slice of pie to be around 6 grams of carbs.
