1) They are not just for drinking and eating! You can use them to your advantage as well, like a vending machine that dispenses beer or soda.

2) Their food is usually pretty good. I mean if you're going to eat out, they have the best burgers in town! (And don't even get me started on their chicken fingers! )

3) They do sell alcohol here, but it's very limited. Only at certain times of the day and only from certain places. If you want to drink, then you'll need to go elsewhere.

7) Their pharmacies are usually well stocked. I would usually avoid their delis and just focus on the pharmacy if I needed to pick up any food.

8) They have pretty good customer service. If you have a problem, they usually try to help you out.

9) They are usually pretty clean. I have never seen any unhealthiness going on.

10) They are usually pretty full of themselves. Always some sort of annoying announcements on the PA system.

16) Their logo is the longest and most boring one of all supermarket chains.

17) They try really hard to be "local". for example, they might have a sign on the till that says "Use this till to pay for your cheap groceries at the local store."

18) They recently acquired that huge store across from their main one, which is now empty. However, the owner has said he will not be opening it up to a publix. Which seems strange since he does that with his other store.
