Subway cookies nutritional facts

Invalid Subway cookies nutritional facts:

Serving Size: 1 cookie, 2.5g net carbs (1/4 of a small bag)

Calories: 180

The calories are pretty much what you'd expect from a cookie, but the macros aren't bad either. The fiber is nice to have as well since it can help with constipation issues. The major problem with these cookies is the lack of flavor. They really don't have much of any taste, so it's hard to go overboard and eat a bunch of them at once and not be able to taste them. I think if they were to use a different nut or even peanuts in these, it would make all the difference in the world.

Carbohydrates: 9g (of which 3g are fiber! Yay!); Sugars: 1.5g

Not a lot of sugar, but it's got some fiber and only 1 gram of net carbs. It's got more protein than most low carb cookies and it's got a lot more fat. (About 30% of the cookie is fat! Not including the nuts, which bring up the total fat to almost 40%! And that's not even counting the MCT Oil, which raises it to over 50%!

Considering that most low carb cookies have like 1% fat, this is pretty impressive.) The cookie itself is a bit dry. It's nearly impossible to cut. (Which is why you can't see how much they raise your blood ketone levels! Hee hee.) The good thing is, once you break it in half, it's actually pretty big and you don't need much of the cookie to get a nice effect. They raise blood ketone levels a bit, but only for like 10 minutes and the effect subsides pretty quickly.

Fat: 5gThe fat makes the cookie taste good, helps absorb the moisture in the cookie so you don't taste the lack of sugar.
Protein: 6g

Sodium: 300mg

Cholesterol: 0mg

They make 2.5g of carbs per cookie (and that's only if you split them with a friend!) and come in at around 200 calories per cookie. They're not going to make you feel heavy or bloated.

If you're eating these as a snack, remember that you can adjust the serving size down to whatever will fit your macros. If you're eating half of a cookie, you can probably have one to keep the calories low, but as long as you don't go overboard and eat the whole cookie, you'll be fine.

The cookie itself reminds me of a Nabisco sugar cookie.

I don't know what the nutrition is like without the cream filling and chocolate covering, but I'm sure it's just as low calorie.

With the filling and chocolate:

Total Carbohydrates: 10.5g (Determined by my carb counter)

Sugar: 7g

Starch: 2.5g

Fiber: 0.5g

Net carbs: 3.5g

Cals: 200

Without the filling and chocolate:

Fat: 27.5g

Carbs: 0

Protein: 0

Fiber: 0

Calories: 0

Overall, these are pretty good. They're not going to make you lose your mind over them. (I couldn't stop thinking about how bad they tasted while I was eating them.) But they're not going to make you sick either. They're mainly just there to give you a little extra energy when you might need it. They taste pretty bad though, so it might not be the best idea to eat too many at once.

All in all, I'm going to give these cookies a 6 out of 10. They're not perfect, but I feel like they could definitely do better. I really wanted to like these cookies. I really did. Maybe some day they'll surprise me and do better. Until then, these cookies get a 6/10 (rounded up to a 7).
